CONTACT INFO
Austin Boie is a Mental Health Counseling Intern pursuing his Master’s degree at Rhode Island College. He provides an open, caring, non-judgmental and safe space that utilizes mind and body approaches that help us call attention to and navigate the subtle and wide experiences of our lives. Austin believes that, by understanding our unique and universal struggles, we’re able to positively reframe our thinking, and engage our bodies to support our safety, kindness, growth and healing.
Specifically, Austin’s clinical areas of interest are in supporting emerging adults (ages 18-29) in working with the unique and universal struggles with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and trauma. Austin has an interest in mindfulness; the role of communication in our relationships; and existential struggles of meaning/purpose, belonging, and attention.
