Dr. Cori Liptak is a licensed psychologist who joined Kerzner Associates in 2018. She works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. She specializes in treating individuals coping with chronic medical conditions and optimizing adaptation to medical or functional challenges. Dr. Liptak utilizes play therapy, interpersonal therapy, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to address anxiety and mood difficulties. She has expertise in behavioral management and works with parents to develop positive parenting techniques, particularly with individuals struggling with attentional difficulties. She also has extensive experience with bereavement.


 She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Denison University, her Master’s Degree in Psychology at Wake Forest University, and her Doctorate in clinical psychology from Fordham University. She completed her postdoctoral training at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s pediatric neuro-oncology program. Prior to joining Kerzner Associates, Dr. Liptak was an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and a Senior Clinician at Dana-Farber/Boston Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center for 15 years.
